Patricia was born in Kenton, Ohio. She works predominantly in the medium of beading jewelry and her work is characterized by attention to detail and the use of fine sterling silver or 14kt gold filled findings, genuine gemstones and Swarovski crystals in the completion of her pieces. Patricia is primarily self-taught but has completed classes in wire wrapping at William Holland School of Lapidary Arts, Young Harris, GA. in 2008, Lost Wax Casting at Wildacres Retreat, Little Switzerland, NC in 2007 and drawing with artist, Rebecca Zdybel in Myrtle Beach SC in 2013. In July 2012 Patricia was the winner of the Nina Design Tree of Life Jewelry Design Challenge. She has exhibited her work in the Trumbull Art Gallery in Warren, Ohio and also Treasures of the Earth Gem Shows in Ocean City, MD, Virginia Beach, VA, and Raleigh, NC; Gem Street USA Shows in Sharonville, Ohio, Indianapolis, IN and Berea, Ohio; Pinellas Mineral and Gem Show in Largo, FL and Frank Cox Productions in Clearwater, FL, Ft Myers, FL, St Petersburg, FL and Raleigh, NC. She lives and works in Morrisville, NC.
Commissions accepted and Patricia does small jewelry repairs as well as bead and pearl restringing.
